Accessibility statement.
Valverde Legal Group, PLLC is committed to making its website usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. This statement describes the standards the firm targets, the methods it uses to test against those standards, the limitations known to exist today, and how to report an accessibility barrier.
Conformance target
The firm targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium. The site also incorporates applicable improvements from WCAG 2.2 as it is reviewed and updated.
Measures taken
The firm has taken and continues to take the following measures to support accessibility: designing for readable typography and generous line-height, using sufficient color contrast between text and background, using semantic HTML for headings and landmarks, providing descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, supporting keyboard navigation, and using ARIA attributes where appropriate on interactive components.
Testing methodology
The site is reviewed using a combination of automated and manual checks:
- Automated checks on representative public pages.
- Manual keyboard-only review of navigation, dialogs, forms, and primary calls to action after material interface changes.
- Color, focus visibility, document structure, accessible names, and reduced-motion behavior are checked against the conformance target.
Known limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. The firm is aware that the following items may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and is working to address them:
- Third-party embeds, including the calendar booking embed, are rendered by third-party platforms whose accessibility is outside the firm’s direct control. The firm monitors these platforms’ accessibility posture and will migrate to more accessible alternatives if needed.
- Decorative imagery generated for visual atmosphere is marked as decorative so that assistive technologies skip it rather than read meaningless descriptions.
- Downloadable documents published through the site (if any) may not meet all PDF accessibility criteria; alternative formats are available on request.
Alternative means of access
If any content on this site is not accessible to you, the firm will provide the information through a reasonable alternative channel or format. Please contact the firm using the details below.
Report a barrier — response commitment
If you experience an accessibility barrier on this site, or if you have a suggestion for how the firm can improve, email contact@valverdelawgroup.com. Include the page URL, the nature of the difficulty, and, if helpful, the assistive technology or browser you are using. The firm will review the report and respond as reasonably practicable.
Assessment and review cadence
The firm reviews this statement when the site undergoes a material design or content change and updates it when the site's accessibility practices or known limitations change.
Formal complaints
The firm prefers to resolve accessibility concerns directly. If you are unable to resolve a concern through direct contact, information about filing a complaint under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act is available from the United States Department of Justice.
