Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site shall be the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
