Valverde Legal Group, PLLC
Strategy Before Dispute
Privacy

Privacy policy.

This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and how it is retained. It applies to visitors of Valverde Legal Group, PLLC’s website at https://valverdelawgroup.com.

Summary in one paragraph

Valverde Legal Group, PLLC receives information you choose to provide through its booking calendar, by email, or by telephone. The site may also collect limited technical and aggregate usage information through its hosting provider and Plausible Analytics. The firm does not sell personal information or use advertising cookies.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you book a consultation, email, or call the firm, the firm and the applicable service provider receive the information you choose to include, which may include your name, business name, contact details, scheduling details, and a brief description of the matter. Do not send confidential, highly sensitive, or time-sensitive information before the firm confirms that it can consider the matter.

Analytics. When enabled, this site uses Plausible Analytics to measure aggregate traffic and selected site interactions. Plausible does not set cookies or persistent identifiers and does not track visitors across websites. Each request necessarily supplies an IP address and user-agent to Plausible; Plausible states that it uses those values to generate a rotating daily identifier and does not store the raw values. Aggregate reports may include pages visited, referral source, country, browser, operating system, and device type. See Plausible’s data policy.

Technical records. The site’s hosting and delivery providers may process IP addresses, user-agent information, timestamps, request paths, and security events to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the site. Their handling and retention of those records are governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Prospective-client communications

A pre-engagement communication does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not guarantee that the firm can represent you. The firm may decline a matter because of conflicts, capacity, jurisdiction, or scope. Limit initial communications to information reasonably needed for the firm to evaluate whether it can consider the matter.

How we use information

We use information you submit to evaluate potential engagements, run conflicts checks, respond to your inquiry, and, if you become a client, provide legal services. We use aggregate analytics information to maintain and improve the site and understand which content and calls to action are useful.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with advertisers. We may share information with a narrow set of service providers that operate the site and the firm's communications, including hosting, analytics, calendar, telephone, and email providers. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies. The firm may also disclose information when authorized or required by applicable law or professional obligations.

Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was received, for conflicts and records administration, and to satisfy applicable legal or professional obligations. Service providers retain information under their own settings and policies. Client-file retention is governed by the engagement terms and applicable professional obligations.

Security

The production site is intended to be served over HTTPS. No internet transmission or electronic-storage method is perfectly secure. During an engagement, use the channel the firm specifies for sensitive communications.

Your choices

You may browse without using the booking calendar, calling, or sending an email. You may also ask the firm to access, correct, or delete information you provided, subject to applicable legal, conflicts, retention, and professional obligations. Plausible does not set an analytics cookie or persistent identifier on your device.

Children

The site is not directed to children under thirteen. The firm does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to the site, please contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites and encourage you to read their policies.
